The role is based on the campus in Madison, Wisconsin. Relocation to the Madison area is required and reimbursed by Epic.

• Work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Diagnose the problem, identify a solution, and manage the implementation of the solution, sometimes across multiple physical locations and stakeholders.
• Tackle mission-critical and complex problems beyond routine “turn it off and on again” issues, and ensure end-to-end delivery from diagnosis to implementation.
• Collaborate with customer counterparts to understand needs and deliver innovative health-system solutions for Epic customers, including the top health systems in U.S. News and World Report.

• Bachelor's degree or greater
• A history of academic excellence or professional success
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination
