Epic Cadence Analyst (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support ongoing build, optimization, and appointment conversion initiatives. This is a contract opportunity ideal for a highly technical analyst who can independently manage specialties and contribute to complex workflow discussions.

• Travel:
  Once a month

• Lead Cadence build and optimization efforts across multiple specialties
• Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure workflows are accurately reflected in the system
• Audit existing build for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with best practices
• Facilitate and lead meetings with specialty teams
• Support Appointment Conversion work efforts
• Perform unit testing and validate system functionality
• Provide detailed input on implementation strategies and technical design decisions

• Active Epic Cadence certification with current NVTs (required)
• No moonlighting; must be fully dedicated to this engagement
• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to speak in depth about build, workflows, and implementation
• Hands‑on experience with Cadence, Authorizations, and Referrals (Auths/Refs)
• Proven ability to independently own work streams and deliver results
