Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Role Summary
Hybrid position with expectation to work average 2 days per week from an HPE office. This role leads internal projects, ensuring scope, time, budget and quality expectations are met through planning, controlling, and managing. It also manages corporate and third‑party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.
LocationThis is a Hybrid position (in office 3 days per week) in one of the following offices:
Sunnyvale, CA;
Roseville, CA;
Westford, MA; or Spring, TX.
- Manages internal projects which may include detailed design of sponsors' high‑level concept high risk.
- Manages stakeholder relationships that include upper level stakeholder relationships.
- Will manage a matrix of the projects (typically 2–3).
- First Level University degree.
- 5+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
- In-depth understanding of key networking operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
- Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
- Makes use of and contributes to product & services master data community.
- PMP Certified is preferred.

Salary range according to region:
United States of America:
Annual Salary USD 105, in Massachusetts; 105, in California; 92, in Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.
