Epic Certified EHR Systems Analyst

Adventist Health seeks an Epic-Certified EHR Systems Analyst I to support and optimize the Prelude registration and ADT modules. In this role, you will gather and analyze user requirements, configure and test Epic workflows, manage tickets, and resolve issues to ensure accurate patient registration and smooth patient flow. You will collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams, document system changes, and participate in go-lives and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Epic Prelude registration and ADT modules
• Gather and analyze end-user and stakeholder requirements
• Configure, build, and optimize Epic workflows and system settings
• Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and service requests
• Document build changes, workflows, and support procedures
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams on solutions
• Participate in go-lives, upgrades, and change management activities
• Ensure data integrity, regulatory, and organizational policy compliance
• Provide user training and ongoing application support
