📍 Roseville, CA (Hybrid – 2/3 Days Onsite)

💰 Up to $105K Base + Full Benefits Covered for Employee

I’m currently partnering with a well-respected, strategically focused employment litigation boutique in the Roseville area that is expanding its Wage & Hour defense team. This firm is known for handling complex, high-exposure employment matters and offering meaningful hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

🔎 About the Role

As a Wage & Hour Paralegal, you will support attorneys in defending complex employment litigation matters, including class and representative actions. This role offers substantive responsibility, exposure to high-level strategy, and the opportunity to contribute directly to case outcomes.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

• Managing large-scale document productions

• Assisting with trial prep and motion practice

• Coordinating filings in state and federal court

• Supporting attorneys in wage & hour class action defense matters

• Managing deadlines and litigation calendars

🎯 What They’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of litigation paralegal experience

• Strong background in wage & hour and employment litigation

• Experience supporting complex cases (class actions preferred)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

💰 Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 - $105,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
