Responsibilities
- Proactively plan and execute procurement activities for a range of materials and services including inventory items.
- Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including creation, confirmation, follow‑up, and expediting to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Partner closely with requestors to understand their requirements and provide guidance on procurement processes.
- Serve as the point of contact for resolving procurement‑related issues, including delivery discrepancies, receiving errors, and invoice/payment issues in coordination with Logistics and Accounts Payable.
- Manage assigned inventory items, including monitoring consumption trends, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and initiating replenishment orders to prevent shortages or excess.
- Maintain accurate system data and procurement records.
- Coordinate returns, replacements, and support related processes such as stock initiation and material setup.
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in purchasing and inventory management activities.
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- 0–2 years of purchasing, supply chain, or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or related field.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to independently identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP System.
- Experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment.
- Location:
On site in Roseville, CA. - Work schedule:
Monday‑Friday, additional hours as necessary. - Travel may be required.

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position varies considerably depending on qualifications (including education and applicable work experience). The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
