Director of Field Operations

Advanced IPM is seeking a Director of Field Operations who understands that strong culture and strong numbers are not opposites. They fuel each other. This role is about building leaders, strengthening accountability, and creating an environment where branch teams can perform at a high level and grow professionally.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a leadership platform inside a growing organization. As Director of Field Operations, you will lead Regional and Branch Managers across California and Nevada. You will partner directly with Executive Leadership to align strategy with execution and build the operational consistency required to scale.

• Lead and mentor Regional and Branch Managers across multiple locations in California and Nevada, setting the standard for field leadership.
• Establish clear operational standards and expectations to ensure consistency and high performance across all branches.
• Coach and develop managers‑of‑managers, building a strong succession bench and elevating leadership capabilities throughout the organization.
• Promote a culture of accountability while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee routing, technician deployment, productivity, and labor efficiency to optimize field operations.
• Manage fleet and inventory, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor service quality and customer retention, implementing structured scorecards and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance and Executive Leadership to improve gross margins, labor efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to support scalable growth and expansion into new markets.
• Ensure regulatory and licensing compliance, uphold environmental and operational standards, and foster a strong safety culture.

• 7+ years of experience leading multi‑location field operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers‑of‑managers.
• Demonstrated full P&L accountability at the branch or regional level.
• Proven track record of improving performance across geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience implementing operational systems, scorecards, and frameworks.
• Background in regulated or compliance‑driven environments.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout California and Nevada.
• Residence within commuting distance of Roseville, CA.
• Preferred: Experience in field service industries, ideally in pest control or similar route‑based service businesses.
