Job Summary

As a Property Management Manager
, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or a small portfolio of retail properties. This role requires strong financial oversight, tenant and vendor coordination, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of assigned retail property/properties.
  • Manage tenant and vendor relationships, including coordination and issue resolution.
  • Oversee accounts payable functions and approve bills.
  • Conduct site visits and property inspections.
  • Support budgeting activities and financial reporting.
  • Handle day-to-day property management activities.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating independent thinking.
Required Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in property management.
  • Experience working with retail properties preferred.
  • Experience with accounting software and budgeting.
  • Valid California Real Estate License required.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Yardi or MRI experience.
  • Commercial property management experience.
  • Strong background in accounting software and budgeting tools.
