Bosch - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and technically direct employees in line maintenance in Wafer Fabrication areas;
Arrange for equipment installation, adjustments, repairs, preventative maintenance, and establish maintenance/repair programs and procedures;
Develop new or improved equipment or manufacturing processes; evaluate plant compliance and safety standards;
Hold regular staff meetings, maintain time records, ensure department schedules are in balance with production schedules, and administer technical training programs;
Screen and hire new employees, conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions; allocate personnel to meet daily production goals
