Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Assembler

Location: Roseville, CA

Pay Range: $18-$19/hr (Based on shift)

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm or 4:00pm-11:30pm;
Overtime may be needed

What's the Job?
  • Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and regulatory standards such as Federal QSR and ISO 13485.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and conformance.
  • Accurately document lot history records and component accountability.
  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, gowning practices, and housekeeping standards in a controlled environment.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons, and small hand tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments, such as medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
