As a Community Outreach & Engagement Associate
, you will:

• Assist in supervising and coordinating outreach and event teams

• Support the planning and execution of community events, fundraisers, and marketing campaigns

• Help onboard, train, and motivate team members

• Track performance metrics and provide actionable feedback

• Represent the organization professionally with nonprofit partners and local community members

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)

• Entry-level experience in community outreach, events, marketing, or volunteer coordination

• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

• Energetic, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
