What Makes This Role Unique- Geriatric Psychiatric Focus: Develop deep expertise in geriatric psychiatry, including dementia‑related behaviors, depression, anxiety, and complex neurocognitive conditions.

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility‑based settings.
- Diagnose and manage mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia‑related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.
- Provide crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care.
- Build trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.
- Maintain consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow‑through.
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity.
- Total annual compensation range: $150,000–$200,000+ based on experience, caseload, and availability.

Pay range for posted region: $150,000 USD - $200,000 USD.
