Our Mobile Geriatric Psychiatry Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a heart for senior care and a passion for redefining how older adults experience mental health and emotional well‑being.

Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health, is redefining geriatric behavioral healthcare by bringing high‑quality psychiatric services directly to seniors where they live— in private homes and senior living communities. We partner with 380+ assisted living, independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities nationwide, delivering relationship‑based, resident‑centered care that prioritizes dignity, access, and outcomes for aging populations.

• Geriatric Psychiatric Focus: Develop deep expertise in geriatric psychiatry, including dementia‑related behaviors, depression, anxiety, and complex neurocognitive conditions.
• Mobile, Relationship‑Based Care: Deliver personalized psychiatric care in home and senior living settings, enabling stronger patient relationships and more informed clinical decision‑making.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility‑based settings.
• Diagnose and manage mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia‑related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.
• Maintain consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow‑through.

• Guaranteed base salary plus productivity.
• Total annual compensation range: $150,000–$200,000+ based on experience, caseload, and availability.

Pay range for posted region: $150,000 USD - $200,000 USD.
