What You’ll Do:

Provide skilled nursing care and follow individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor resident health and promptly address changes

Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other team members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care Document care accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications:

Current California LVN license in good standing

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care Reliability and flexibility for on-call needs
