LPN/LVN, RN Nurse
Join our home healthcare team as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)
Key responsibilities include:
Providing skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric patients, managing complex cases involving gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomy, ventilators, and other medical devices, and delivering personalized patient support in various settings.
Qualifications and skills:Valid RN or LPN license, compassion, adaptability, and excellent clinical skills. Experience with ventilators, trachs, or G-tubes is preferred.
Key duties:Administering treatments, monitoring patient status, collaborating with families, and adhering to safety protocols. Flexibility in scheduling and diverse shift options are available to suit individual needs.
We support ongoing education through training programs and mentorship, including a dedicated Novice Nurse Program for new graduates, to foster professional growth.
