Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Control Associate to join our team in Roseville, CA. This position is responsible for inspecting products, identifying quality issues, and helping ensure products meet company standards before shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a cold freezer environment. • Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly

• Cold freezer facility – temperatures may vary
• Work boots that cover the ankle are required
• Located in Roseville, CA

• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and condition
• Identify and report damaged or defective products
• Verify products meet company quality standards
• Assist with inventory checks and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with warehouse and production teams to address quality concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment with varying temperatures
• Must wear work boots that cover the ankle
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous quality control or warehouse experience preferred
