KeyQualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cultural resource management/archaeology, preferably in California.
- Completion of an archaeological field school.
- Degree in anthropology, archaeology, history, geoarchaeology, or cultural resource management (BA, BS, or MA).
- Demonstrated expertise in archaeological field surveys, GPS/GIS data collection, and mapping.
- Strong understanding of CEQA, NEPA, and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
- Experience in public works or transportation projects is preferred.
