Sales Generation and Guest Service:
Verify merchandise invoices and shipments; assist guests and manage special orders;
Operations:
Receive freight boxes and store transfers; organize backroom; maintain supplies and ensure proper packaging for shipments;
Visual Merchandising and Floor Support:
Hang and fold merchandise; prepare items for display; assist with floor projects;
Logistics and Compliance:
Send discrepancies in store mail; maintain shipment paperwork; monitor security risks and prevent theft;
Customer service and collaboration:
Communicate policy compliance to Store Manager and HR; support team with merchandise handling and cleanliness
