As a Floor Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. This includes driving sales, opening and closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. Together with your fellow leaders, you'll ensure that every aspect of the store operates at peak performance, creating an exceptional customer experience and an engaging, motivated team environment.
Responsibilities- Driving Sales: Utilize the Store Force dashboard to coach the sales team, adjust floor structure, and exceed sales goals.

Lead by example in delivering world‑class service, including product demonstrations and consultations. - Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values, such as fighting animal testing, ethical buying, and sustainability.
- Product Passion: Continuously deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
- Development: Train and coach peers on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and foster a sense of belonging.
- Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage transactions, reconcile cash drawers, and secure the store.
- Time and Attendance: Model punctuality and support employees in managing breaks and schedules.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stock and Inventory: Train team on inventory best practices and support management with inventory tasks.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with opening/closing, product integrity, workplace respect, and safety standards.
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, cash handling, opening/closing, supervisory coaching, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
- Experience analyzing sales metrics.
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
- Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
$19.80 - $19.80 USD
