Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven, competitive, and coachable Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated by results and committed to delivering exceptional client service. This is not an order-taking position. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, embraces accountability, and understands that consistent production creates opportunity and growth. You will play a key role in expanding agency revenue by proactively generating new business, cross-selling existing clients, and protecting families and businesses with customized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed established new business production goals and performance objectives.
Solicit new business through outbound telephone calls, networking, referrals, and additional lead sources.
Develop accurate insurance quotes, deliver professional sales presentations, and confidently close sales.
Maintain working knowledge of new products, coverage options, and industry updates.
Prospect and generate new business through provided leads and referral opportunities.
Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and service calls.
Increase sales revenue by effectively utilizing phone outreach, email communication, and targeted prospect lists.

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
Proven successful sales background.
Minimum of 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
