Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service, engaging with guests, and ensuring safety at locations such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

    - Sunday, 11:30 pm - 4:30 am

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of security experience required
• Technologically proficient (Microsoft and various software)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – advantageous
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training available during hiring)
