Experienced HVAC Technician – servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on cell tower sites. The role is regional; candidates must reside in the Sacramento, California area.

• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or replace components of cooling systems.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including emergency call‑out services.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and timely.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per PEARCE guidelines and insurance requirements.

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (required).
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
• Willingness to travel extensively within an independent work structure; occasional overnight stays (company pays all travel costs and provides per diem).
• Must pass a Department of Transportation physical.
• Must comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA safety standards.
• Residence in Sacramento, California.

• Extensive daily travel to remote work sites.
• Exposure to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.

$30.00‑$38.00 hourly, DOE. In addition to wages, employees may be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, a company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.
