Maintenance Technician

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN ROSEVILLE, CA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Roseville, CA. In this role, you will handle general building repairs, perform routine preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot basic facility equipment. • Perform general handyman tasks across the facility, including drywall repair, painting, basic carpentry, and hardware fixes.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, assemble, adjust, and repair warehouse equipment and fixtures.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance walkthroughs to identify and fix safety hazards or broken equipment.
• Assist with basic repairs on warehouse infrastructure, including racks, dock doors, rolling carts, and conveyors.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure all tools are stored safely and properly maintained.
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and food safety standards.

• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of hands-on experience in general facility maintenance, building trades, or as a handyman.
• Tool Proficiency:
  Strong, demonstrated experience safely operating common hand tools (wrenches, hammers, socket sets) and power tools (drills, saws, grinders).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly; comfortable working on ladders or aerial lifts.
• Troubleshooting:
  Practical, mechanical aptitude and a knack for diagnosing simple mechanical or structural issues.
• Reliability:
  Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on keeping the facility safe and operational.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or food distribution environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety/sanitation guidelines in a storage setting.
