Software Engineer, Enterprise Platform APIs

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and design leads to deliver highly-available, fault-tolerant products and services.

• 7+ years experience in backend or platform software engineering
• Highly proficient in backend platform engineering, C#/.NET or Type Script/Node.js, REST and GraphQL API design, event-driven messaging, OAuth 2.0/OIDC and token lifecycle
• Proficient with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development, including agent design and evaluation, MCP and tool integration, and prompt and context engineering
• Adept with agile software development lifecycle and Dev Ops principles
• Passion for software development, emerging technologies and culture of innovation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform, and containerized workloads (Kubernetes/ECS)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise API gateways (Kong, Apigee) and integrating third-party payment providers
• Experience delivering software in a regulated environment (SOC 2, PCI DSS) and translating technical tradeoffs for business stakeholders
