Job Overview

Bus Driver (Class B with PAX) – Workforce Inclusion Vehicle Operator Specialist – Bus Driver at PRIDE Industries.

Location:

Roseville, CA. Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour. Onsite work.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Meet driving qualifications as defined by PRIDE Industries.
• Ability to operate a passenger vehicle in accordance with a schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including listening, verbal, and written skills.
• Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
• Demonstrate basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility.

High School Diploma or GED.

• CPR/First Aid
• Valid CDL with PAX endorsement

• Bending, stooping, reaching to maneuver passengers’ wheelchairs into safety restraints.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 35 pounds.
• Entering and exiting the vehicle.

Most work is performed outdoors and in a vehicle while driving. The position requires operating a passenger vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions. Non‑traditional hours and/or split shifts may be required.
