General Labor Associate

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: GENERAL LABOR ASSOCIATE IN ROSEVILLE, CA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a General Labor Associate to join our team in Roseville, California. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. As a General Labor Associate, you will support daily production and warehouse operations by assisting with assembly, packaging, quality inspections, and material handling while helping ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment.

• Starting at $18.00/hour
• Full-time temporary position

• Located in Roseville, CA

• Assist with production, assembly, and packaging operations
• Operate machinery and equipment safely following established procedures
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

• 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
