At Gordie’s Auto & Tire, exceptional customer service isn’t just a goal — it’s our standard. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and help elevate the experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
This is a high-impact role within our shop. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure every vehicle is serviced with accuracy, urgency, and care.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately assess their automotive needs.
- Service Recommendations: Present inspection findings, explain recommended repairs and maintenance in clear, non-technical terms, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Estimate Preparation: Create detailed, accurate repair estimates and review them thoroughly with customers.
- Workflow Management: Schedule appointments, prioritize jobs, and manage daily shop flow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of services, maintenance intervals, and value-added products to provide informed recommendations.
- Communication & Coordination: Work closely with technicians to ensure clarity on diagnostics, repair timelines, and parts availability.
- Customer Follow-Up: Contact customers post-service to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.

- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
