Overview

The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, payroll, HR administration, benefits, insurance programs, inventory costing/valuation, and banking relationships. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial and employee data, maintains strong internal controls, manages system integrations, and supports strategic decision‑making across the company. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail‑oriented financial leader with expertise in accounting operations, HR administration, and integrated system management.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Maintain system integrations between accounting, payroll, HR, and inventory systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support company goals.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and 401(k) compliance.
• Ensure all tax filings (sales, payroll, corporate) are accurate and on time.
• Maintain strong internal controls, prevent fraud, and ensure audit readiness.
• Partner with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.
