Provide leadership in the restaurant by coaching and training Shift Leaders, Shift Managers, and Team Members to achieve operational excellence;
Perform hands-on operational work to train employees and model skills, and respond to customer service needs;

Assist RGM with financial planning, staffing, performance management, and local marketing activities, and ensure safety and facility maintenance;
