Now Hiring: CNC Programmer / Machinist (3-Axis & 5-Axis) — Roseville, MI
RPS Tool & Engineering is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist who takes pride in precision machining and tooling craftsmanship. If you enjoy working on prototype and low-volume injection mold tooling, validation models, and complex machined components, this is a great opportunity to join a highly skilled manufacturing team.
What You’ll Do- Program, setup, and operate 3-Axis, 3+2, and 5-Axis CNC equipment
- Machine aluminum and steel injection molds and precision components
- Support prototype and production tooling programs
- Work closely with engineering and tool build teams to deliver high-quality results
- Experience with WorkNC, Cimatron, or Powermill (preferred)
- Familiarity with FANUC, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls
