Process Technician — Injection Molding | Roseville, MI
RPS Tool & Engineering is seeking a skilled Process Technician to support prototype and low-volume plastic injection molding programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dialing in processes, troubleshooting molding challenges, and helping launch new tooling programs successfully.
What You’ll Do- Setup and process injection molding machines for prototype and production runs
- Optimize molding parameters to ensure part quality and cycle efficiency
- Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and material issues
- Support tool trials, validations, and new program launches
- Injection molding setup and processing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills
- Understanding of resins, tooling, and molding fundamentals
- Team-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
