Maintenance Supervisor

Rate commensurate with experience and skill. Must have reliable transportation and good attendance is a must.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and/or facility as required
• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance
• Proactively trouble shoot & install equipment by means of observation, measuring and testing:
  • Mechanical
  • Pnumatic
  • Hydraulic
  • Electrical
• Oversee and train subordinates to perform maintenance and general labor functions
• Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance systems:
  • OSHA requirements
  • SDS/Right to Know
  • Local Fire Codes
  • Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan

• Prefer Candidates with 8-10 years of on the job experience in machine maintenance
• Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Experience with CNC Repair
• Proficient w/ Mechanical, Electrical, Pnumatic, Hydraulic diagrams and associated repairs
• Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving
• Experience w/ Mattison and/or Thompson surface grinders

• Good communication and organizational skills
• A positive and a proactive mindset
• Read/interpret documents including blueprints to ensure equipment is running properly
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
