Documents medications administered on the MAR in accordance with company policy.;
Maintains security of medication cart and narcotic keys during shift.;
Conducts narcotic count at the beginning and end of shift according to policy.;
Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, hygiene, eating, ambulation, and mobility.
