JOB SUMMARYOur cooks are culinary artists! We pride ourselves on our scratch‑made kitchen and provide hands‑on training to our Pit masters. Our cooks are responsible for following recipes when preparing food and adhering to plate presentation and cooking standards. Our Prep Cooks have several opportunities for duties including Line Cook cross‑training. Our restaurants have real smokers within, giving our team the opportunity to learn the art of barbecue.
Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
