• Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
• Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; reduces waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs; assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; resolves member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Acts as a brand advocate; inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; helps identify and remove roadblocks and assists in training.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; applies open door policy in business processes.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; sets priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; seeks improvements and adapts to change.
