Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up when Store Manager is not present;
Recruit and train store personnel on store operations and procedures;
Ensure customers are offered Lids membership programs and special in-store offers;
Maintain merchandising standards, signage, and store cleanliness; manage cash handling and daily till operations
