Retail Customer Service Associate

Fed Ex -  - Responsibilities:
Deliver a positive customer experience using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions;
Take orders, provide pricing and product information, and recommend Fed Ex Office products and services;
Operate and maintain equipment, move boxes, stock materials, and manage the production queue and output;
Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal and handle cash and making change;
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment and assist with training and adherence to procedures
