• Experience-based pay of $30.00 - $40.00/hour

Your Impact As Our Residential Roof Service Tech

This position travels to homes throughout our service area, engages with customers, and completes exceptional work on their roofing systems to keep them dry, warm, and safe. Armed with a professional, "can-do" attitude, you will:

• Speak with customers about their roofs and answer any questions
• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance according to industry regulations and our company's high standards
• Document services and client interactions in our CRM
• Manage new technicians, help train them up, and coach them throughout service projects
• Maintain a neat and professional uniform and work vehicle
• Participate in required meetings and training sessions

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of proven, in-resume roofing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Solid technology proficiency with the ability to learn and use a CRM (customer relationship management) system
• Preferred
  - Courteous communication skills, respectful collaboration abilities, and a professional customer service mindset

Your Hours

The typical schedule is Monday
- Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
