• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of residential roofing systems, siding, and gutters
• Basic technical proficiency to prepare digital inspection reports and utilize software on a tablet

Preferred candidates have strong verbal communication skills, a natural ability to build trust with homeowners, and are comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and in residential attic spaces.

This is a full-time position, and employees report to a central location each day before traveling to their assigned job sites and service areas.

As our Residential Roofing Maintenance Technician, you'll prepare for service calls and inspect roofs, siding, and gutters in the field. Your role will include performing preventative maintenance, identifying potential issues, documenting findings on a tablet, and communicating recommendations to homeowners. You'll serve as a trusted expert, helping customers understand their homes and building lasting relationships through excellent service.
