The Upfit Technician is responsible for the consistent and quality upfit installations of truck accessories and service repairs on various truck bodies.

• Completeconsistent and quality installs of truck accessories. Including but not limited to lift gates, shelving units, toolboxes, body components and lighting systems
• Completecustom service repairs on commercial vehicles and flatbeds
• service repairs on truck bodies
• Documentthe cause and corrections for all repairs
• Fabricatingcustom mounting brackets
• Readand follow detailed work orders, installation drawings, blueprints, etc.

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Experience in aservice shop environment preferred
• Experiencedwith vehicle mechanics, including electrical systems, hydraulics and basicfabrication techniques
• PTO experiencea plus
