Are you an accounting student looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in public accounting? About Your Internship
Experience:
Join us for a full-time tax internship from January to mid-April 2028. At OT, we provide a strong onboarding experience, technical training, and mentor support to help you build practical skills and contribute to client engagements.
What Awaits You?
- Hands-On Tax Work: Assist in preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Tax Research: Conduct research on tax regulations and support the team in resolving client questions.
- Client Exposure: Work with a variety of clients across industries including manufacturing, nonprofit, real estate, and more
- Collaboration: Partner with team members at all levels including staff, seniors, managers, and partners.
- Professional
Experience:
Gain exposure to the tax compliance process and seasonal workflow.
We're Looking For:
- Passionate individuals currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
- Maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA in your accounting major and provide proof of GPA at the time of application as well as prior to starting the internship.
- Accounting student who has had four or more accounting courses, need to have taken Intermediate Accounting for basic foundation of accounting.
- Eagerness and motivation to work overtime as needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
