Audit Intern

• 29.00 per hour $29.00/hour with $500.00 signing bonus

Are you an accounting student looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in public accounting? Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd., a mid-size firm with a legacy spanning over a century, invites you to join our team. With offices in Roseville & Eden Prairie, MN, we value innovation, dedication, and the growth of each team member. At OT, we are committed to supporting our clients and creating a collaborative environment where interns can learn and contribute.

Join us for a full-time audit internship from January to mid-March 2028. At OT, we provide a strong onboarding experience, technical training, and mentor support to help you build practical skills and contribute to client engagements.

• Diverse Experiences: Dive into hands-on assistance with audits, reviews, and compilations from start to finish.
• Travel and Explore: Join your teammates on travels to client sites, offering you a chance to explore and learn.
• Rich Client Exposure: Work across various niches including telecommunications, manufacturing, non-profit, real estate, and more, enriching your experience and knowledge.
• Direct Engagement: Interact directly with our firm's partners, managers, directors, and senior accountants, learning from the best in the business.

• Passionate individuals currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
• Maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA in your accounting major and provide proof of GPA at the time of application as well as prior to starting the internship.
• Accounting student who has had four or more accounting courses, need to have taken Intermediate Accounting for basic foundation of accounting.
• Eagerness and motivation to work overtime as needed.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
