Zion Care Services LLC is looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Manager to help manage the daily administrative needs of our office. The ideal candidate should have good organizational and communication skills and work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general day-to-day office activities.
- Maintain employee and administrative files.
- Assist with employee onboarding and personnel documentation.
- Track staff training and other required deadlines.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
- Help organize documents for DHS and other compliance requirements.
- Assist with recruitment and employee communications.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
- Previous office or administrative experience.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other basic office applications.
- Able to work independently and follow through on assignments.
- Healthcare, human services, HR, or compliance experience is a plus.
