This job posting is for a Body Shop Estimator with skills and abilities ranging from intermediate advanced and a pay scale to such $55-$80 per year.

• Responsible for though inspections of body damage
• Knowledge about collision repair and the cost of repairs
• Note damages that can be repaired, meet customers/accounts to explain repairs, costs and timelines for repairs
• Review damaged vehicles to determine whether to repair or replace parts
• Estimate cost of body work for potential customers/accounts/insurance companies consistent with costs, expenses, profit goals and work schedules
• Draft work order after approvals and enter order in Full Bay System
• Body estimating for heavy, moderate and light duty
• Record and maintain repair details for body shop in Full Bay
• Prepare damage reports and obtain relevant signatures and authorization
• Review vehicle and final inspection quality check process

• Excellent communication (phone/written/oral) and customer service skills
• At least 2+ years of Body Shop Estimator Experience Preferred
• 2-4 year of experience in paint or body environment preferred
• Great organizational and effective time management skills
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general reports, business correspondence, technical procedures and procedure manuals
• Valid MN driver's license
