What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, assisting customers via phone, email, chat, and virtual channels
  • Guide individuals step-by-step through the funding process with clarity and empathy
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries (approx. 40% phone / 60% email + digital communication)
  • Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidential records
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver thoughtful, solution-oriented responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep processes running efficiently
  • Stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of customer service experience within healthcare
  • Strong written communication skills (this role is very email-focused)
  • A calm, solutions-oriented mindset – you enjoy figuring things out
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfort learning new systems and tools
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • A positive, team-first attitude
