Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences at the Roseville, MN property. The role includes greeting guests, processing reservations, handling payments, and checking guests in and out in accordance with company procedures.
The GSR will also maintain the front desk, assist with breakfast setup when needed, and ensure safety and security protocols are followed. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are essential.
