Description:
Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Student Success Specialist at Roseville Area Middle School. This position is 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) starting immediately and ending June 9, 2026.
Primary Responsibilities
* Student Behavior & SEL Support:
Respond to student behaviors using restorative practices and social-emotional support. Create and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and administration.
* School Presence & Mentorship:
Maintain a consistent presence in high-traffic areas (hallways, cafeteria) and work with individual or small groups of students to foster self-advocacy and community participation.
* Data & Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and enter behavioral and academic data to track student progress and inform intervention strategies.
Qualifications
* Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education, social work, or a related field preferred.
* Experience:
Demonstrated experience working with middle school youth and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Core
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain data privacy and professionalism in high-stress situations.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $18.54 - $30.24 per hour, plus a district contribution toward insurance.
