DescriptionRoseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a paraprofessional to provide program support to young children receiving services in early childhood special education classrooms. The position is 23.5 hours per week with half days on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and full days on Wednesday and Thursday.
QualificationsSpecial Education paraprofessionals must possess 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits of study from an institution of higher education or an AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree, or must provide a passing score on the MN Para Pro Test or Para Educator Assessment. Test is paid for at the employee's expense.
Starting salary range is $17.95-$20.25 per hour. Special Education paraprofessionals have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for completing online district Special Education training.
