This position is located at district headquarters in Roseville and may have the flexibility to work in the office or a hybrid schedule that includes in office and teleworking time.

If working a hybrid schedule, the incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.

This position leads and manages Metro District cost estimating activities. The position ensures application of consistent cost estimate process and procedures, ensures that all cost estimates are accurate, keeps abreast of state-of-the-art developments in the area of cost estimation, and provides leadership in developing this expertise as a Metro District core competency. The work products include completing/reviewing cost estimates for programming, preliminary design, and contract lettings.
