Job Description

Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals. They approach each day with the purpose of doing the right thing for our clients, building trust, assessing their banking needs, and recommending tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and manage new and existing business client relationships

• Serve as the primary advisor, delivering financial expertise and client‑centric solutions

• Identify client needs, educate on deposit and loan products, and recommend appropriate solutions

• Collaborate across the organization to manage client relationships and close opportunities

• Conduct presentations and maintain strong communication with business clients

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Four to five years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Strong relationship management and business development abilities
  • Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
  • Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
  • Some knowledge of bank products and services that enables identification of appropriate sales opportunities
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts

Compensation

Pay Range: $98,280.00 –  (location dependent)
