Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a District Technology Assistant at Roseville Area High School. This position works 8.0 hours per day, following a 170-day calendar, starting September 1, 2026.
Primary Objectives of Position- Responsible for technical support for 1:1 student iPads
- Works in collaboration with Secondary Technology Integration team to provide technical support to students and staff
- Assists in management of iPads using Jamf Mobile device management database
- Troubleshoot and support learning management systems (Schoology, See-Saw etc.)
- Maintain mobile and infrastructure inventory and management to district standards
- Provide hardware and software expertise to staff and students
- Assists in providing technical support via the District help desk ticketing system
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems
- Experience in K-12 education environment
- Experience with iPad devices
- Experience with Google Apps for Education
- Ability to prioritize work to best support the school learning environment, with direction from the Secondary Technology Integrationist
- Willingness to assist students and staff in developing their technology skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with: district media/technology team, administration, and others.
- Ability to maintain a positive, supportive, on-task learning environment.
- Ability to communicate courteously, sensitively, and with good will.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Compensation:Starting salary range is $19.42 - $25.01 per hour per the paraprofessionals and media technology group employee contract, plus a district contribution toward health and dental insurance.
